2008 and 2010 I appeared regularly on the MTV After Show, a pop culture
commentary program spawned from the hit "reality" series Laguna Beach
and The Hills.
As a weekly guest, I sat on the couch with young MTV celebrities Jessi Cruickshank and Dan Levi and commented on questions ranging from, "Was Heidi Montag's boob job a mistake?" to "Are strip clubs exploitative?"

The After Show is defunct now and my TV "career" likely at an end. That said, the experience was, without a doubt, one of the best I've ever had in media. (Sorry some of the images are so small. They were screen grabs.)

Between 2004 and 2007, I lived in this 1200 sq.ft., 2-level apartment
in mid-town Vancouver. The well-preserved space had great bones that
served as a perfect backdrop for my handmade, vintage and thrift-store
finds. Note the huge self-designed and built ottoman in the living
room, the thrifted velvet sofa-bed in the den, and the experimental feature wall.
DIY art pieces graced the walls and simple Billy bookshelves from Ikea housed everything from sea shells to magazines.
It was a great apartment. My ex got most of the furniture in the split, but at least I had the foresight to take pictures.
